This is a real rare papermate mini pen, measures 4 3/8 it has real pretty gold designs on the cap and two Gold Papermate hearts on the barrel. a real stunner. I have never ever seen this pen .It is a retractable pen, like most of better papermate pens . It uses a mini refill. The refill inside does not work, it is dried up. A fisher refill that comes you should be able to cut it, will probably be able to fit in it. P.S. Does not come in a box
